    InBody 570 Body Composition Analysis

Go beyond BMI – and find out what you’re really made of!

Our body composition analysis service is available to everyone – you do not need to be our patient to use it!  Call or text us at 319-471-4727 to schedule anytime for just $40 per scan. (Note – interpretation of results not included). Discuss your results with your own physician or health coach, or schedule a 1-on-1 health coaching session with our health coach, Tammy Rich, to discuss your results and receive a personalized plan for your metabolic health.

Our InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer is the fastest, most accurate, and affordable way to measure body composition! In less than 50 seconds, get a print-out of your skeletal muscle mass, lean dry mass, extracellular vs intracellular water, and fat mass – including visceral fat. Our InBody is the only one in the Cedar Rapids / Iowa City area (that we know of) that can measure visceral fat! Visceral fat is inflammatory fat that forms between the organs in the abdomen, and it is one of the most important risk factors to monitor for cardiovascular and metabolic health. A visceral fat score greater than 10 is associated with higher risk of heart attack, stroke, and diabetes.

InBody scans are free for all patients with an active medical or health coaching program (see pricing for our plans here). Since it is best to measure your body composition every 2-4 weeks, use of the InBody pairs well with our Monthly Coaching Support program. Meet with the health coach every 2 weeks for an InBody measurement and coaching session to make adjustments that keep you on track.
